Heading SOUTH this week-end.

Team Feger has left Bloomington again! After getting rained out again this week for the NASCAR special in Macon, Illinois the team headed South.

This Friday, the Highside Hustler will be at Ponderosa Speedway in Junction City, Kentucky to participate for the first time in a Battle of the Bluegrass special. The $5,000 race is co-sanctioned with the IRS.

The next night the team returns to I-55 Speedway in Pevely, Missouri for a make-up race for the Tri-Track challenge. Earlier in the year Feger lead most of the first leg of the challenge at Paducah. NASCAR star Kenny Schrader won the event with Jason second.

Two weeks ago Feger started in the rear of the feature and moved up to sixth.

GOOD Luck to the guys and Bob Pierce Race Cars!!! Hope there are updates on www.4m.net.

BACK TO BACK FEATURE WINS!!

Jason and Austin Feger and Possio captured BACK TO BACK feature wins.

Wednesday, July 23 at Spoon River Speedway Feger started sixth in the feature for the Midwest Monster Series promoted by Don & Bonnie Hammer. Feger went to the highside and put on a show.

The win was even more exciting as Bob Pierce was on hand to get to help celebrate in victory lane.

The next night at LaSalle Speedway, Feger won his heat and dominated the feature leading the entire race. Pierce race cars were one, two with Steve Sheppard capturing second.

Patrotic Mohawk on July 4

Yeah, the guys surprised us again on July 4 at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach. Overheard someone talking about the tall guy with the patrotic mohawk and knew it could only be one person -- my youngest son, Austin :)

Actually the entire crew had patrotic themed mohawks. I didn't see Devin close-up, but evidently he cut the center of a ball cap for his mohawk to come thru.

Here's a photo from www.dirtondirt.com of Austin's Mohawk for the Fourth of July.

Thanks to Bob and Angie Pierce

Bob and Angie Pierce really came through to help the Feger Bros Racing team stay on the track.
The Pierces have loaned a motor to Jason while his is being repaired.

Jason, Austin and the crew rejoined the Summernationals at Peoria, IL. after missing Lincoln, last Sunday. Jason finished a disappointing 12th. Hopefully things will start turning around. Jacksonville and Macon were both rained out and will be made up in August.

AGAIN -- SHOUT OF THANKS OUT TO BOB AND ANGIE PIERCE!!!
