Eldora Fall Nationals
ELDORA...Team Feger is really starting to have a love/hate relationship with that place.
The day started out great with Jason's qualifying time being fast overall and just 3/10ths of a second off a new track record.
Won the heat.
Finished second in the "Race of Champions."
Then came the feature. Starting sixth on the grid, Jason quickly moved into fourth place. With passing at a premium it was pretty much a given that a slider was brewing. Unfortunately Jason drove it in a little 'hot' and caught a bit of wall resulting in (you guessed it) a flat right rear tire.
One of these times it will all come together.
Fall Harvest at Kankakee Speedway.
Still feeling a little disappointed from the events at Eldora, Team Feger did what they do best after a less than stellar performance...answer with a win. Team Feger took the $2509 top prize at the 40 lap season finale at Triple K Speedway.
